It's critical to have a great design, but it's something else entirely to roll up your sleeves and make that design a reality.  We've partnered with Raleigh's Sigmon Construction as our general contractor tasked with doing just that!  

We think we're in pretty good hands: Sigmon was named the No. 1 Remodeler in town by the Triangle Business Journal.  This is a bit more than the typical residential remodel, but Sigmon has plenty of prior experience handling both commercial and historic restoration projects.  Our construction team includes Robert Flemings, Jason Slade, Stephen Peed and Harry Marks - but we've met and appreciated a ton of people on the Sigmon team as we work on this project.  They're all doing their best to keep us on schedule and on budget!  Construction projects always have a ton of moving parts, and this one is no different as we try to balance all the competing concerns: the budget, the processes involved in proper historic restoration, and the desire for thoughtful, functional spaces for each of our three future uses.
