Thank goodness the north porch of Norris House survived all these years.  It's been instrumental in informing the restoration of the front elevation.  We've already discussed the porch railing and balusters, but take a peek at the decorative trim work beneath those bay windows:

These angled fluted trim pieces were reproduced and installed to match the same details beneath the bay window snuggled just behind the north porch.  Just a little bit more character!
